There is no social distancing at all, saw staff using their bare hands to assemble desserts and there were very poor attempts at “cleaning” tables (no antibacterial spray etc just a damp cloth) which is very concerning during a pandemic.
Black milk looks amazing online, however in real life it was disappointing. The ice cream was nice don't get me wrong but it just felt dirty, especially the toilet looked like the place...hadn't been deep cleaned in some time.
So a table of two can seat 3 around squished together yet we weren't allowed an extra person to sit on our table which is exactly the same that they allowed on the other table. 1.
